of Directors Meeting Minutes
November 28th, 2007 12:00 p.m.

The President, Mitch
Rehbine – called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
·
A review of the October
2007 meeting minutes and Treasurers Report is completed – LaChelle
Williams motions to approve and Mary Alice seconds that motion.
·
Future Newsletters who will do the printing
- A review of proposal from The Citizen for printing of the future
newsletters is conducted. The decisions are made that the Board likes
the “dinky wrap” and the newsletter should come out on a quarterly
basis.

BOD Meeting Agenda - It
is determined that going forward Anna Wicks will print and post the
agenda for the monthly Board of Directors meetings.
·
Member Renewal - An
update is given on the status of the current member renewals. It is
decided that a personal phone call will be given along with a follow-up
email to determine where each member is at in the process of their
renewal.
·
2008 Budget – Quicken
Software will be used for the Quad Area Chamber of Commerce budgeting,
invoicing and accounts payable. The expenses for 2007 will be inputted
along with the fixed numbers of the items we know for sure. (i.e.
telephone, advertising, giving) A decision is made that the Board
would like to have 6 to 12 months in reserve for the Quad Area Chamber
of Commerce.

Quarterly Event –
Potential date of February 7th, John Bergeson – Lino Lakes
Mayor to be held possibly at the Hampton Inn.
