of Directors Meeting Minutes

Mitch Rehbine called
the meeting to order at noon.

Welcoming of new members
to the Board – Char Lavalle sharing the seat withLuke Ferden, Patriot
Bank and Karen Willy sharing the seat with Larry Michelson, Wells Fargo,
Louis Melamed and Paula Romero, the Citizen.
·
A review of the November
2007 meeting minutes and Treasurers Report for November and December
2007 is completed. There were two mistakes on the YTD totals of the
December 07 Treasurers report (Anna sent out a revised copy with the
corrections made) – a vote could not be taken to approve as there was
not a quaram present.
Meeting Minutes
from November and January were approved. Louis motioned and Chantelle
seconded.

Notify a week before and
a day before for the breakfasts and board of directors meeting. Mary
Alice asks that the current members be notified that the BOD is meeting.

The Citizen is notified
that it will be our new home for the Chamber Newsletter. Louis will
start working on the advertising rates for our members. The Chamber will
have two full pages of content utilizing the format of a dinky wrap.
·
March 11th,
2008 - Mitch and Anna attended the council meeting in Lexington and had
success and having them join our Chamber. Now on to Circle Pines, Anna
is working on getting a similar appointment.
·
Business Expo – will be
held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 we will not be using the words first
annual but the following names have been submitted.
