Ambassadors Visits

The Ambassadors meet on the third Thursday of the month. They will visit new members, current members and potential new members. They meet at one of the Quad Cities City Halls at 3:00 p.m. There first appointment is at 3:15 p.m.

• First the Ambassadors introduce themselves (30 second commercial) and hand out their business cards
• The Ambassadors are then given a tour of the business
• The Lead Ambassador runs the event
• There should be at least 3-5 Ambassadors per visit, no more then 15 per visit
• The week before the visits a reminder email with a list of the business sites will be sent out; at that time the Ambassadors will rsvp to let me know if they will be able to attend that month
• A call will be made to the businesses the day before reminding them of the visit the following day by the lead Ambassador
• A picture of the Ambassadors visits will be taken for the newsletter and the local newspaper
