Notes:
Mike Gallagher, Bank of the West Branch Manager, has been voted in as a
board member as well as acting as our new
treasurer. Roxanne Kapping, who was our temporary treasurer, is handing
everything over to Mike on Monday, November 7th, 2005.
Leslie Welnetz, Community National Bank, has been voted in as a board
member.
Lachelle Williams, YMCA, has been voted in as a voted board member.
Chris Farinella, New Concept Designs, has been voted in as our
administrator. His role involves
The following:

$11/hour
for pay and will be reimbursed at $.48 per mile

Membership fee is waived as long as the website is maintained properly
and all other
Administrative issues are done properly.

If
website/administrative work becomes excessive Chris has the right to
pose the
Opportunity of getting
a raise in pay.

Chris
will have the Chambers Cell phone and will check messages and keep the
board informed

Chris
will also have the filing cabinet and will take responsibility of
maintaining the organization
Of it.
Mary Devine, City of Lino Lakes, has been voted in as our
secretary.
Mitch Rehbine, Five Star Financial Resources, has been voted
in as our Vice President.
Jason Anderson, U.S. Bank, has been voted in as our
President.
$500 has been voted on and approved to be spent on a video
camera with still digital photos and a tri-pod in order to record
meetings as well as take digital pictures to present in our newsletters
and social events.
$250 has been voted on and approved to be donated to Brandon
Young’s, Lino Lakes Police Officer, family.
