Minutes

December 13, 2005

 Meeting called to order: 8:10 a.m.

Attendance:  Mitch Rehbine, Jason Anderson, Mary Divine, Faamati Winey, Mike Gallagher, Chris Farinella, Leslie Welnetz, LaChelle Williams

Others Attending:

Minutes: Minutes of November 22, 2005 were approved.

Financial:  Mike will do the financial statements. Leslie will look for template and files from Carole and give them to Mike

Charter:  Chris is working with the state to sort through the paperwork.

Newsletter: 

• Bowling on February 2 with the Jaycees will be added from 7-9 p.m. in Ham Lake. The article should say to call Faamati to rsvp.
• Chamber breakfasts will be on the third Thursday of each month at the Cottage Café at 7:30 a.m. The first on is January 19. Mitch will write something.

Events: 

• Jason said they are looking into wrestling as an addition to Blue Heron Days

Membership:

• Chris will send out an updated member list to the board
• Mitch will follow up to get the window signs made for chamber members
• More certificates need to be made
• Mitch will have a blue folder with the logo in white printed to make member packets

Miscellaneous:

• Mike will look into having a company that does area maps attend the next chamber meeting.

Next meeting: There will be no meeting on December 27. The next meeting will be January 10.
