“Tis the season” as they say. I’m already hearing holiday tunes, seeing
lights, ornaments,
and other lawn fixtures around the towns. As many of you may, I too,
enjoy this time of year for the comradery I get to have with my Family,
Friends and others within the communities.
So along with the holiday spirit I would like to first off give thanks
to our current Board of Directors, General Members and Staff of the Quad
Area Chamber for your continued commitment to this Chamber. I would also
like to thank all those that helped in making our Annual Event in
October a success. I have been hearing many testimonials on how this
chamber has been helping them grow their business the more they get
involved. After one of our monthly breakfasts I had a member pull me
aside and say “Hey, I wanted to let you know after you had our company
as the Featured Business in one of your newsletters I received a call
from a local company wanting to work together and it has been a great
asset to us ever since” said Doug Boe owner of Boe Ornamental Iron Inc.
We currently have over 50 active members, 10 Board members, 1 staffed
employee and are growing every month. We have many opportunities to get
more involved within the chamber from becoming a Director on our Board
(openings are available currently please contact the chamber office for
more details) to joining our Ambassadors Club. We also have multiple
events that are on the docket for this coming year such as Golf
Tournaments, Business Expos, New networking Lunches & Evening Socials,
Business Symposiums etc. so please stay tuned and stay involved.
I am ecstatic about this chamber and know we are going to make a big
impact within our community for the greater good. The Quad Area
Chamber of Commerce is the only chamber that focuses strictly on our
four communities (Lino Lakes, Circle Pines, Centerville, & Lexington).
If you are a person that has a passion for this Quad Area and want to
ensure that we continue to grow together in a positive direction, please
contact myself, anyone of our Board Members or even current General
Members on how to get involved.
Sincerely your Community Friend,
